About Me!
Hi there! I’m Chandler Choate, a passionate educator with over 8 years of experience guiding young minds as an elementary teacher with Plano ISD located in Plano, Texas. Before becoming a teacher, I spent years as a student teacher in many elementary classrooms, observing and being mentored by numerous incredible educators. After completing my years of student teaching, I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, specializing in Early Childhood Education.
With over a decade in elementary classrooms and eight years in a classroom of my very own, I’ve decided to start this new venture. Taking the knowledge and experiences I’ve gained during my teaching career, I seek to bridge the gap between home and school by creating guides and resources that prepare children for the magic of education and to foster a love of learning early in life. In addition to these guides and resources, I’m offering one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for elementary students. The moments I cherish most are when a concept finally clicks and a student’s eyes light up with understanding. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing their smiles, watching their confidence grow, and witnessing their excitement for learning take hold— knowing I helped spark that transformation. Through this journey, I aim to reach more students than ever before and share my passion and knowledge as widely as possible.
To my former students and families,
Thank you for helping me become the educator I am today. I’m so grateful for the memories and love throughout the years. To my little ones, I will always be there for you and your biggest supporter, no matter where life takes you. Never forget that Ms. Choate loves you to the moon and back, and I always will.
With love,
Ms. Choate
